Flour & Ferment Atelier is a pre-order microbakery built on a simple belief: the best food starts with the best ingredients and the patience to let them do their work. Every item is made from scratch using all organic ingredients — no shortcuts, no fillers, no compromises.
From slow-fermented sourdough to hand-crafted brie and curated charcuterie, each offering is a small act of craft. We bake and create in limited quantities, so every order gets the attention it deserves.
